Similar to the Center for Disease control, The Institute is not just about the discovery, but also about disseminating information to the practitioners on the front line to combat the most challenging cases of organizational triage.

Similar to the way that Grey's Anatomy visualized and documented the structures of the human body, The Institute for Organizational Science through the creation of the discipline of Orgopathy has been able to document components of organizations and has gone beyond to capture the dynamics of organizational systems, identify organizational syndromes and prescribe treatments to increase and preserve organizational health.
